I love party foods. They are the superior foods in my opinion, but I don’t want to be standing over the stove stirring and flipping and cooking all day long. This is why we have created a list of our favorite party foods that are both easy and delicious.
Crack Dip
Ingredients:
8oz cream cheese - softened
1 (1oz) packet of Ranch Dressing
1 (3oz) bag of bacon bits
16oz sour cream
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Pour into greased 1qt baking dish
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes
Serve warm with Ruffles or Fritos Scoops
**I like to double this recipe and put it in a 9x13 baking dish.
Ham and Cheese Sliders
Ingredients:
24 slider buns
1lb ham
16 slices Swiss cheese
½ cup butter - melted
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbl poppy seeds
½ tbl onion powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Cut slider buns in half and placed the bottoms in a greased baking dish
Place the ham on the buns, overlapping the pieces
Place the cheese on the ham, again overlapping the slices
Add the top of the buns
In a small bowl, combine butter, onion powder, worstershire sauce, and poppy seeds
Pour the butter mixture over the sliders and cover with aluminum foil
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes or until the cheese melts
Remove form oven and use a sharp knife to cut the sliders, serve warm
Pepper Jelly Dip
Ingredients:
1 block of cream cheese
⅓ cup of spicy/pepper jelly
1 box of wheat thins
Directions:
Place the block of cream cheese on a platter and warm in the microwave for ~45 seconds
Spread jelly over the top of the cream cheese
Enjoy with wheat thins
Pepperoni Cups
Ingredients:
1 package of pepperoni
1 block of mozzarella, cubed
Italian seasoning
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Line the cups of a muffin tin with pepperoni
Place a mozzarella cube in each pepperoni cup
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning
Place in oven for 5-6 minutes
Enjoy!
